Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Local orders are delivered at no charge to you.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order is delivered or ships out, you will receive a confirmation or tracking number via email.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in working with the shipping carrier. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Delivery times for international shipments may vary and are subject to customs processing.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.
